How long is a session?
Sessions are 50 minutes in length.
How much does it cost?
Our standard rate for individual sessions is $185 and for couples therapy our standard rate is $240. We offer a sliding scale for those who need it.
How many sessions?
The number of sessions you do depends on many factors, including what you’re hoping to get out of your time in therapy. Several sessions are required to build the foundation of the therapeutic relationship between therapist and client. This relationship will encourage trust and safety which will lead to change and growth.
